The Gateway project consists of two sites on the opposite sides of Stockton Avenue. The 229 unit residential development will serve the nearby UC Davis medical campus, as well as a variety of community members. Both sites will have streetscape improvements, retail patios, landscaped pool decks with BBQ’s, and street level gardens.
