LINKla was added to the design team during the construction document phase to redesign and document the landscape of this 176-unit housing development. The bulk of the structure is 7-stories along Sunset Boulevard and has narrow connections to Elsinore and Mohawk Street where they are 4 stories tall. 12,000 SF of common open space is spread among the level 3 pool deck & courtyard, Elsinore front yard, and roof deck terraces with city skyline views.

The pool is elevated above the podium deck surrounded by planting, seating area, and outdoor kitchens with open flows from the community room and gym. The roof level has two terraces with firepits, lounge seating, and outdoor kitchens.
