The Western Transitional Housing project is the conversion of a two-story hotel for much needed transitional supportive housing. The refurbished 2-story structure will now have exterior circulation at both levels. The upper floor will overlook the amenity space created by removing a portion of the existing asphalt parking lot. The elevation changes of the site provide an opportunity to create multiple level patios linked with curved ramps and buffered with sloped planting areas.
