5670 Wilshire is a revisioning of a mid-century modern office building located on the Miracle Mile. The project scope includes a new entry paving, lighting, planting, steel planters, irrigation, sculpture plinths and seating areas. The interior lobby renovation includes new terrazzo flooring. The new exterior concrete paving materials will match the terrazzo in color, texture, and patterning to unify the interior and exterior spaces.

Incongruous additions to site such as brown granite water feature, pylons, and circular planters will be removed to create a more inviting pedestrian approach to the building. 

The sparce plaza south of the building between the parking garage and rear entry will receive an injection of planting including signature plaza trees recessed into the structural slab, and elevated planters on the east and west ends to create an enclosed oasis buffered from the busy streets and car headlights entering the parking structure.
