The Torrance is a revisioning of an office building with arrival plaza and courtyard between the existing building and parking structure. The project scope included a new entry paving, lighting, wood decks, seat walls, planting, irrigation, grading, and seating areas.

Anchored by existing mature Olive trees, the courtyard is broken into two spaces, one for dining under the tree canopies and second lounge deck seating area directly adjacent to the building. The circular planter with wood decking is on axis with the main building entry and serves as a hub for the entry, drop-off, and pedestrian movement from the parking structure. The plant palette includes Cordyline, Dianella, Teucrium, Dietes, Variegated Lomondra, Carex and Arbutus Trees.
