The Spaulding condominium development is a 22-unit four story structure with an interior courtyard. The 0.5 acre site has 5,400 s.f. of planting area with 48 trees. The facade along Spaulding steps back from the street, creating private patios with large tree planters that shade the patio as well as reducing the visual impact of the development when viewed from the street. The arrival plaza at the corner of Romaine and Spaulding is highlighted with Redbud trees and a 19 foot tall green wall that leads pedestrians to the central courtyard.
