The Kings1030 project is a new housing development in the heart of West Hollywood and includes indoor/outdoor communal spaces throughout the project.

The colorful low water consuming plant palette at the entry and third floor terrace was chosen for its contrast with the white modern structure designed by Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects. 

The third floor gym opens up to an outdoor wood yoga deck overloooking Santa Monica Blvd. while the ground level exterior spaces in the back provide are more private enclosed by bamboo.
